my days as an intern has finally came to a closure.
surely now, i'm going to plan a trip overseas and have fun in the meantime before i enlist into national service. oh, bummer. :/ but nvm! enjoy first. :D

the weekend was great, not because of valentines day anyway. i don't believe or practise valentines, why only celebrate love for a day when being in love everyday is so much more of a joyous celebration.

oh, anyway on the weekend! i went to the zoo with Marcus. it felt like my first time there although i've been there before, the last time was probably say 8years ago? after spending the whole of saturday at the zoo, all i could say is "i miss the old zoo!" they added many new attractions and renovated many areas for the visitors comfort but the animals' enclosure still remained the same or they maybe even became smaller. :( poor animals.

there are many pictures! and i purposely put aside time to do the editting. be appreciative and tag! make me feel good about myself puhhhleaseeeeeeee.

down below you have the champion and runner up for ugliest animals in the singapore zoo. wahahaha! the "babirusa" gave marcus a fright, so funnnnnnnny.

my favourite attraction was probably the "Fragile Forest". butterflies flying around freely everywhere and animals moving about freely, we were literally in their enclosure and living space. heh, how cool!

"Kids World" was awful! the focus is no longer on the animals but on the big huge enormous water playground they constructed and worst of all; they removed the steam train! :( major sadness. in the second collage you could see an old lady sitting on the sofa, when i first saw that i was thinking. omg? which auntie still wear their pajamas out? like this is 2009 already. but it was a wax figure, i seriously got freaked out as i got closer; you could feel there wasn't any life at all. so they built a wax musuem, what for? gawd knows.

i think for the rest of the day, we were just camwhoring and spent our money on the hotdog which cost $5.50 each. what a rip off, on the other hand we got in the zoo free with the member card so i guess it was okay? heh.

looks fun? perhaps you should visit the zoo too! :) tiring fun, i remembered we kept walking in circles, the map was very hard to navigate or maybe it was just us; we're very bad with directions. alright! i'm going down to check whether my January and February paycheck is in.

totally excited about tomorrow, my very last day of internship. :)
say goodbye to cheap labour! seriously, i'm living in the moment already; like its already happening. :D

so anyway, if you are going somewhere and let's say you decide to take the train but didn't know which line to take because there're so many other alternative lines. well i would very much like to tell you, to keep on thinking; in fact please think harder in the future. :)

firstly, happy birthday Afizzul! or known to us as fifi! :) happy 21st!

with totally no relation to what has been mentioned above; i don't understand why there are so many insignificant people in my life who're so fixated in making my life so miserable by being difficult with me.

here's the story. CMPB medical checkup on the 18th of february 1330hours.
i'm having my driving retest on the same date but at 0900hours, so i thought okay, i still could make it in time for my medical but my driving instructor changed the time to 1345hours without my consent and on top of that he did not notify me until FUCKING yesterday.

don't put the fucking blame on me, you stupid senile old fart! go crash your fucking lousy car into a tree and burn in hell. idiotic bastard. i would so totally sue if i weren't 19 years young. and now! i've to take 2hours off work on monday to go down to FUCKING UBI? to show them proof that my medical is clashing with my TP and all thanks to that old fart. troublesome okay, fucking troublesome.

so thanks to him my saturday was almost ruined but forget it. i'm going to put that aside and deal with it on monday since their STINKING office only open from monday-friday. anyway, i watched Underworld, yeah the one that is now showing in cinemas. i didn't understand what was going on for half the time and i was hoping for it to be more exciting. :( ohwell, bummer.

i think i've to watch the other two Underworld movie to actually understand, meow.

heh, food again! Soup Restaurant, there are quite a few restaurant outlets in singapore but i've only been to two of them, AMK Hub and Paragon. my mom is the one who introduced me to Soup Restaurant believe it or not. what is nice there? Samsui Chicken, Hometown Tofu and the Ah Po Potato Leaf(which we didn't order). the dishes names are all kinda kampong sounding, muahahaha i want to die.

and its back to work again tomorrow, for the very last time. :)

ever have one of those dreams that you want to fulfil but the right opportunity have yet to arrive? i do, today was the perfect opportunity and it couldn't have played out better.

i kicked a pigeon and i liked it.

heh! i swear, they are one of those things that could annoy the fuck out of me. it was raining lightly today when i knocked off from work and i was walking along the housing void deck when i spotted one pigeon hiding from the rain. i did not hesitate, i approached with caution and kicked it. okay, dream fulfilled; done. good job me. all was left was a floor scattered with feathers and it quickly picked itself up and flew away.

they are a very evil species.
so please, beware of pigeons.

hello february! you're looking sexier than ever. zomg, the second week of the month marks the end of my internship, how wonderful. :) that has to to be one of the happiest things in my life, seriously no kidding. maybe because final year is really taxing and all the year 3s in NYP don't have their semestral holidays to kick back and relax because of either final year project or internship. bummer!

sidetrack abit, i suddenly had a flashback. on writing those ghastly compositions & essays back in my primary/secondary school. like dyou remember? those made up stories about "My Neighbour" or "My Rolemodel" yucks, i remember creating many very lame scenarios and trying to make myself sound convincing. (like it happened/experienced before) i'm never good with narrative writing, i can't concoct a story to save my life. maybe its my very bad imagination, like how i need to see the food menu with PICTURES. goddammit okay.

i love food. oh wait, that reminds me. i miss Lisa, Mahes, Kim and Wanru although the place she works at is just right next to mine (i don't see her at all). so back to the food. when i think of food, i think of my poly friends. HAHAHAHHA!

FOOOOD! alright, first up is this restaurant called "Senso Bistro". well, basically its the cheaper version of their main restaurant "Senso Ristorante" located at 21 club street. those who're feeling rich after getting alot alot alot of red packet; please! bring me and treat me to a meal there.

i forgotten what this is called, but it looks kinda obvious already uh? it was damn good btw.

the second place is "Blue Jaz Cafe" located at haji lane, its a nice chill out place with a very cosy deco and lots of cushioned seats. :) they serve some really nice food but that place is more for the drinks.

i am trying a new blogging style, i was thinking of putting my photoshop skills into good use. by refining the editting of my photos and creating a montage so that i can have more images in one picture! therefore upload less pictures on my photobucket which equates to less waiting time but i have to fork up extra time for the editting. geesh, what a bummer. nevermind me.

the last restaurant on my bloglist today is "Tin Hill" situated along bukit timah road. this one is quite comparable to the first restaurant in terms of price but both are good in their own ways. you have to try it to find out, heh. :)

in the picture, there is the beef stew which had some fanciful name which was too long for me to remember. there is also the beef pie with mash potato (btw this mash potato is ftw). and also the mushroom soup, Marcus claims that the mushroom soup is the finest kind; whatever it all taste the same, heh. the best dish had to be the desert, banana & apple crumble topped with a scoop of white chocolate ice cream. orgasmic, yes me.

there! i'm almost done with my entry but since i'm putting my photoshop skills to use, might as well edit somemore pictures. heh, webcam picture camwhore fun!
