let me start this entry by saying, i lost my phone. yes, again. this is like my fifth time losing a phone, and for some strange reason i do not feel depressed at all. heh. my dad got me a new phone to replace my lost phone the next day, how niceeeeee. :D so update me with your numbers! pleaseee do.
i want to blog about last friday but i haven't got the photos from Kim yet. you know, some visual tools to ummms, yeah visualise.. uh huh. so anyway, it was the last day of FYP! fuck yeah but the more exciting part was, it was also Kim's birthday. we went to some uber cool place for dinner that Mahes recommended, Blue Jazz @ Haji Lane. nice ambience, just a little bit too dark. heh.
after dinner, we went to Wala Wala @ Holland Village. grrrrr, all i knew was Mahes was drinking alot of beer and maybe i did too. :) but i was fine, she was like high, the happy kind of 'high'. lol! hanged out and stuffs. and i would probably upload the photos once i get it. ;)
saturday was slack day, i was feeling lazy and i didn't get to sleep much. :( i think i was too tired, hence i was less aware, thus i lost my phone. i won't tell you how i lost it, it was super silly. i only realised that my phone was missing after dinner! which was like 9pm already? so anyway, i had dinner @ Curry Favor; some place near raffles city. it is a small restaurant which might explain the small servings but taste wise, still not too bad. a little bit pricy though. not a restaurant you should frequently dine at.
Marcus had the beef tenderloin curry stew. yumms!
and i had the, soft shell crab curry. :D drools*
i think before that i was bumming at starbucks, i am always at starbucks! malls are packed with crowds on saturdays, and shopping is not enjoyable anymore.

i was dressed in black from top to bottom. kinda rare for me to actually wear so much black out. heh. i am not a gothic boy. and also, chritmas decorations are already up! this years decorations are nicer than last years, maybe it is the economic crisis that's why they want to make nicer in order to lift the mood and spirit.
that was saturday, and now sunday. since monday is the start of internship, we thought it would be better if we went out to check out our workplace beforehand. we were at raffles place then boon keng and finally farrer park. ernest is working in farrer park!! super fated with indians. since it was sunday, and we are at little india; i thought might as well just explore the area.
we went for thosai first, vegetarian somemore but it is real tasty!
then we went, to a beauty parlour to do face threading. $5 only! everybody had it done except for Mahes. it was so painful! especially when they were threading the under side of your brows. OUCH LUH! i look like a girl now. oops! :)
then after that we went to walk around and eat again at the Banana Leaf. :D
so head down to little india! on a sunday! i shall dedicate this post to Lisa because she didn't join us! heh. :D the indian food is super yummy there okay. family dinner at gramps place later in the evening, and my uncle adopted his neighbour's dog. it's a don't know what breed la but i know it is a terrier.
and today was my first day as an intern, i am working as an admin staff at CSC tessensohn road. everybody is kinda sian, feel so alone there. :( i am going to bed now or else i might be late tomorrow. ah fuck, got this cockroach fly into my room. DIE COCKROACH DIE! wait, let me go take a snapshot of it.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT PRESENTATION IS FINALLY OVER! HOOORAY! i feel like as if i'm floating on air right now, i have never felt this relieved before, even after going to the toilet for big business. so anyway, i am here to do a short update as there will still be school until this friday. fyp schedule is still as per normal, so i guess i will be doing almost close to nothing for the coming few days.
oh! and the sad news is, i don't get any break or whatsoever because i am going to start my attachment on monday next week. there will be a briefing tomorrow in school particularly on this matter and i guess i will find out where i would be posted to. and i hope and hope with all my might that i would get attached to a good company! fingers crossed* :)

i know right? the dorothy perkins manequin is looking so divalicious. went on a shopping outing with the girls on saturday. i didn't know shopping was so difficult until i went out with them. we went to chinatown somemore, it was uber crowded!! flooded with uncles and more aunties than uncles. zomg, it was almost like a fish market but without the fish smell.
we walked by this stall selling cockroach traps and they used real living cockroaches for demonstration. it was super repulsive and i was soooooooo disgusted, the sticky paper was like filled with roaches still struggling, ew ew ew. soooooooo unhygienic!
then we saw a black labrador puppy that belongs to someone and they were actually considering on taking it back. heh, so funny.
the day ended fast, we didn't even have enough time to go little india for face threading. sigh, i want. heh!
on another note, i think i am eating too much recently. damn it luh, how ah? i can't stop eating alot. i need to start working out daily soon! after this week! last week of fyp. wish me luck for my final presentation on tuesday and my upcoming internship. :)
gosh! it is already mid-week, wrapping up on the projects now and starting on final reports. blah blah blah. final presentation is on next tuesday at 0930hours, big day. woots! it is all coming to an end, finally.
and soon everyone will miss the old times. like those super long lunch breaks we take and getting high after lunch. hmmm, let me show you an example. hehe. :)

after the spider incident, i never really recovered so i started being a little nonsensical. the instant when the boy walked by me, i knew somehow the way he wore his pant would trigger my nonsense. UNLEASH THY NONSENSE!

my habit of blogging on sunday never stops! i like updating on sundays because i'm at home and i've nothing else to do, which gives me a good enough reason to blog and also i noticed i haven't updated recently. so yeah. :D
i had to go for a conference on friday from 12pm-6pm at suntec. first school excursion aye, we were going for MSRA Microsoft Research Asia 10th anniversary conference in the name of NYP. we meaning, Lisa, Wanru, Mahes and myself. we thought it would be like big and had like lots of food but no, left disappointed with a pathetic goodie bad. it was more like a baddie bag. :( so we stayed for the first 30minutes and left. i got influenced by those naughty girls, tsk. :) send me the pictures taken on that day!
anyway, ever walked by the steamboat place at suntec convention centre? yes the damn good smelling one. yeap, i finally tried it! and it was okay, good but not great.
its called joaquim, a thai buffet steamboat; very enTHAIcing. wahahaha. $25.80 nett for a person. over 40 different steamboat ingredients along with many thai-style cooked food, appetizers and deserts. all in all, very filling and i haven't had a buffet for the longest time already.
i'm just going to post pictures now because i lost the mood to blog. tomorrow is going to be a super blue monday. week 11!
Singapore's botanic garden is one hella of a humid place. there is nothing GARDENISH about it at all other than the fact there was alot of ornaments, i feel like i was in a jungle. there was no wind at all, for a second i thought i was going to feel a breeze but no; not even a fart. but there is a solution to this problem! bring a fan next time. :D
anyway, we got there pretty late and it was getting dark. so there wasn't alot of time to explore the park and take peektures. :(( but marcus took one before the sun completely set.
nice aye? the colours of the sky is fake, i added it in of course. hahaha! sunday is a boring day, i sit around doing nothing more of lying than sitting. i'm such a bummer on sundays. alright, going over to my grandparent's place for dinner soon and dreading for the new week to begin. WEEK 10! still hanging in there.
